Attorney Martin "Marty" Gardner passed away on January 7, 2025. Marty was a founding partner of Gardner & Rans P.C., with over 30 years' experience in the legal field covering myriad areas of law. Marty was well known and well respected for his intelligence, integrity, work ethic, compassion, and dedication to his clients. Marty's legal skills and knowledge of the breadth and depth of the law garnered ample recognition throughout his career. Marty will be immensely missed and fondly remembered by his partners, his associates, his staff, his clients, and the legal profession at large.
Marty's truest passion and greatest pride was his family. Marty is survived by his daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
